Phase II Small MS4 Permit Renewal

A second draft of the Phase II Small MS4 General Permit has been released. All interested parties are invited to participate in the process by submitting comments on the draft permit and through testimony at public hearings and meetings.

  • Written Comments are due no later than Noon on Monday, July 23, 2012
