- The State Water Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 to accept comments on proposed amendments to California Code of Regulations, title 23, division 3, chapter 27 (commencing with section 3720) relating to CEQA for all of its programs, including its certified regulatory programs. Written comments are due by noon on Monday, February 15, 2010.
