- Think Blue - The City of San Diego's Emmy award winning "Think Blue" program is a regional multi-year, bi-lingual public education and outreach campaign to educate City staff, residents and business and industry about storm water pollution prevention. Think Blue is also partnering with the San Diego City School District to write school curricula for K-12. Successful leveraging of limited resources, research based messaging and the positive approach are the hallmarks of the campaign which has been named by the US Environmental Protection Agency as the model large urban watershed outreach program for its publication "Getting in Step."
