Addition of monitoring and sampling requirements for the Horno Urban Water Recovery Facility. The Horno Urban Water Recovery Facility is located in Ladera Ranch in Southern Orange Coutny.
Interested persons will be given until November 5, 2008 to submit written comments on Tentative Addendum No. 4. Written comments on this matter received after 5:00 p.m. on November 5, 2008 will not be considered by the Regional Board.
Written comments should be submitted to the Regional Board’s office located at 9174 Sky Park Court, Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92123. E-mail comments on this matter will be accepted and provided to the Regional Board as long as the total submittal (including attachments) does not exceed five printed pages in length and they are received by November 5, 2008.

- Notice of Intent to adopt a Negative Declaration of potential environmental impacts from the discharge of recycled water for irrigation of a golf course. The discharge of wastes covered by the Negative Declaration includes the reuse of tertiary treated wastewater for irrigation purposes at the Skyline Ranch Country Club golf course. Skyline Ranch Country Club is located at 18218 Paradise Mountain Road in Valley Center, California.
Interested persons will be given until November 5, 2008, to submit written comments on the Negative Declaration. Written comments on this matter received after 5:00 P.M. on November 5, 2008 will not be considered by the Regional Board.
