This Website contains key information needed to request access to inspect and obtain copies of public records maintained by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Diego Region (Regional Board).

Internet Access to Information

Before making a request to view public records in the Regional Board office you may wish to determine if the information is already available on the San Diego Regional Board's Website or the State Water Resources Control Boards Website. New and updated information is constantly being added to these Websites. For example the Regional Board's Website alphabetical index and the State Water Board's Website alphabetical index provide links to many volumes of key documents on the State and Regional Water Board's water quality programs. We hope that by providing the public with Internet access to more and more of our records and services, we will better meet your records and information needs.
