STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD
RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 006
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OR HIS DESIGNEE TO NEGOTIATE, APPROVE, AND AMEND IF NECESSARY A REIMBURSABLE CONTRACT WITH THE SACRAMENTO REGIONAL COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT TO SUPPORT THE CENTRAL VALLEY RWQCB ACTIVITIES IN THE SACRAMENTO RIVER WATERSHED
WHEREAS:
1. The Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District (District) has
indicated that it proposes a reimbursable contract with the State Water
Resources Control Board for up to $676,910 to support the Sacramento River
Toxic Pollutant Control Program (SRTPCP).
2. The Regional Board would manage a reimbursable contract with the District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The SWRCB authorizes the Executive Director or his designee to negotiate,
approve, and/or amend a reimbursable contract with the Sacramento Regional
County Sanitation District.
CERTIFICATION
The undersigned, Administrative Assistant to the SWRCB, does hereby
certify that the foregoing is a full, true, and correct copy of a resolution
duly and regularly adopted at a meeting of the State Water Resources Control
Board held on January 21, 1999.
