    A draft Order Revising Cleanup and Abatement Order R5-2014-0124 was issued by the Central Valley Water Board's Advisory Team in response to litigation involving the Mt. Diablo Mercury Mine (Sunoco, Inc. v. Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Sacramento County Sup. Ct., Case No. 34-2016-80002282).) and is proposed for consideration at a future Board meeting. Any person wishing to comment on this matter may submit written comments to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board in accordance with Hearing Notice and Procedure below.     The El Dorado County Community Development Agency has submitted a Local Agency Management Program (LAMP) pursuant to the State Water Resources Control Board Water Quality Control Board Policy for Siting, Design, Operation, and Maintenance of Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems. Brown and Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region v. Lake Berryessa Resort Improvement District, Et Al. (Sacramento County Sup. Ct. Consolidated Case Nos. 06CS00256 and 06AS01602) is available for public comment.   • City of Lincoln, Wastewater Treatment and Reclamation Facility - Tentative Settlement Agreement and Stipulation for Entry of Administrative Civil Liability Order
    On 6 July 2016, Board staff issued an offer to enter into settlement prior to the issuance of an Administrative Civil Liability (ACL) notification letter to the City of Lincoln (Discharger). This letter informed the Discharger of impending issuance of an ACL Complaint and invited the Discharger to negotiate a settlement of the ACL to avoid issuance of a Complaint. The Assistant Executive Officer and the Discharger were able to reach a tentative settlement that is available for public comment until 5:00 p.m. on 21 April 2017.
