STORNETTA FAMILY TRUST AND NEWTON DAL POGGETTO (TRUSTEE) - ADMINISTRATIVE CIVIL LIABILITY AND CEASE AND DESIST ORDER HEARING
The State Water Board held a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining: 1) whether to impose administrative civil liability (ACL) for unauthorized diversion of water from an unnamed stream tributary to Napa River in Napa County and for failure to file a required statement of water diversion and 2) whether to adopt a draft cease and desist order (CDO) against Stornetta Family Trust and Newton Dal Poggetto, in his capacity as trustee of the Stornetta Family Trust (referred to collectively as Dal Poggetto).
