Contamination Orphan Site Cleanup Subaccount Program

The Contamination Orphan Site Cleanup Subaccount (OSCA) Program is a new financial assistance program in the Special Programs Unit. The OSCA Program was established to provide financial assistance to eligible applicants for the cleanup of brownfield sites contaminated by leaking petroleum underground storage tanks where there is no financially responsible party.

New OSCA Program information will be posted on this website as it becomes available including the OSCA regulations, application and detailed OSCA Program information. Interested parties can signup and subscribe to the OSCA mailing list AB1906 (Orphan Site Cleanup Account) for future updates.
