UST Program - Secondary Containment Testing Survey
On February 23, 2003, the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) Underground Storage Tank (UST) Program staff sent out a survey to inquire about the frequency of secondary containment failures, the reasons for secondary containment failures, and to acquire information on the pass/fail criteria of the different methods used for testing.
