Water Recycling Funding Program (WRFP) Guidelines Amendment
The Water Recycling Funding Program (WRFP) Guidelines were last revised on October 21, 2004. A few critical changes have been identified as necessary to administer the WRFP. An amendment is proposed to clarify eligibility of costs and revise waiver of litigation rights language to conform to a previous State Water Board decision.
Public Workshop – May 15, 2008
A public workshop on the proposed amendment will be held in San Diego. The proposed amendment is attached to the public notice of the workshop. Comments on the proposal will be accepted until May 17, 2008.
