California Integrated Water Quality System Project (CIWQS)
EXTERNAL USERS GROUPS
On November 13, 2007, the State Water Resources Control Board held an External User’s Event to initiate a new process for receiving input regarding further development and implementation of the California Integrated Water Quality System, or CIWQS. CIWQS is the Water Board’s online database for tracking regulatory information and accepting electronically submitted information from dischargers.
The event started with an overall presentation and then the participants broke up into four main groups.
