Support for the Storm Water Annual Reporting Module

The General Industrial Stormwater Permit requires enrollees to submit an annual report by July 1st, of each year.  Although it will become mandatory, dischargers currently have the option of either submitting their report in paper form or submitting it electronically via CIWQS.
