Watershed Permit
| A region-wide watershed permit (Order No. R2-2007-0077) addresses municipal and industrial wastewater discharges of mercury to San Francisco Bay. It implements the San Francisco Bay Mercury TMDL found in the Basin Plan. The watershed permit and TMDL are based, in part, on San Francisco Bay discharger mercury data: |
