On December 3, 2007, Water Board staff released a revised proposed Basin Plan amendment and supporting Staff Report to establish a TMDL for PCBs in San Francisco Bay. These documents include revisions to a proposed amendment and Staff Report circulated for comment on June 22, 2007. The public comment period on the revised documents closes at 5 pm on Wednesday, January 16, 2008. A public adoption hearing before the Water Board is scheduled for January 30, 2008. At that time members of the Board will consider all comments received on both sets of documents, and staff's responses.
