Regional Board Enforcement Actions

As of January 2007, the Regional Water Boards are posting, on at least a quarterly interval, information related to all enforcement activities that are recorded in our data system referred to as California Integrated Water Quality System (CIWQS). For information for the San Diego Regional Water Board for calendar year 2007. Enforcement Actions during January through December 2007. Subsequent reports will be generated and posted on a quarterly basis. For actions involving administrative civil liability, we are also providing the amount of liability recommended in the Complaint, the amount imposed by the Regional Board, whether a hearing was waived by the discharger, and a brief description of resolution of the case. Assessment of Administrative Civil Liability during January through December 2007.
