Enroll in the Agricultural Regulatory Program and Update NOI Information
Owners and/or operators of irrigated cropland on or from which there are discharges of waste that could affect the quality of any surface water or groundwater must enroll in the Agricultural Order by submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI). The NOI form must be filled out electronically, using the links below. Owner’s and/or operators that have submitted an electronic NOI and have a username and password, must login using the Returning eNOI Users link.
NEW - Growers enrolled in the Agricultural Order must review and update the electronic NOI for their operation and individual ranch(es)/farm(s) by October 15, 2011.
Note: Returning eNOI Users are initially provided a temporary username and password from the Water Board. After growers login with this temporary information, growers are prompted to create a unique username and password. Please save this unique username and password, as it is required for future logins

Technical Assistance Providers
Technical assistance providers are available to help. Please refer to the Technical Assistance Providers list to obtain contact information for the various providers.
The Water Board is holding local grower workshops to provide information on the updated requirements. Staff will present an overview of the general requirements; timeframes; Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 requirements; and a Q&A Session. Staff will also be available to help growers enroll, submit, and review their electronic- Notice of Intent (eNOI) form. See link to flyer for metting dates and locations.
