Storm Water Annual Report is available on the State
Board website. To get the Annual Report, please
read and follow the directions below:
- On
the State Board Annual Report page, please click
on the "2004/2005 Annual Report" link.
- Enter
the last six digits of your WDID# in the space
provided and click "search".

You may either save the Annual Report to your
computer by right-clicking on the red link (recommended),
or you may open the file on your computer without
saving. Please note that the free version of
Adobe Acrobat will not save any of your entries
once you close the file.
