Directions to the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board:
Our office is located at 320 W. 4th St., on the south side of the street between Hill and Broadway. Parking is available at the corner of 4th and Hill and at the corner of 4th and Spring.
From Burbank Airport (also see Metrolink Train from Burbank Airport):
Take I-5 South to Highway 110 South. Exit Hill Street (from the left lane). Continue south on Hill approximately one and a half miles to 4th. Turn left on 4th. Our office is on the right between Hill and Broadway. Parking is available at 4th and Hill or continue two blocks on 4th to Spring. More parking is available at 4th and Spring.
From LAX:
Take I-105 East to I-110 North. Exit 4th Street. Continue east on 4th approximately four tenths of a mile to Hill St.. Our office is on the right between Hill and Broadway. Parking is available at 4th and Hill or continue two blocks on 4th to Spring. More parking is available at 4th and Spring.
From Ontario Airport:
Take I-10 West to US 101 North. Exit Spring Street and turn right. Continue south on Spring approximately seven tenths of a mile to 4th. Parking is available at 4th and Spring. Our office is a block and a half west on 4th between Broadway and Hill.
Metrolink Train from Burbank Airport:
From Burbank Airport take the Metrolink to Union Station. At Union Station transfer to the Metro Red Line (your Metrolink ticket serves as proof of fare on the Metro Red Line). Take the Red Line to Pershing Square (second stop). At the Pershing Square station, exit towards 4th St. Follow the corridor on the right. At the top of the stairs go around to the right and cross 4th St. at the corner of 4th and Hill. Our office is at 320 W. 4th St., halfway between Hill and Broadway.
