Contact: Bud Amorfini
On May 14, 2008, the Lahontan Water Board adopted an amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Lahontan Region for the Total Daily Maximum Load (TMDL) for Sediment, Middle Truckee River Watershed. Commensurate with this action, the Lahontan Water Board certified the substitute environmental document, which was prepared in accordance with requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. The State Water Resources Control Board will conduct a hearing at later date to consider approving the Water Boards action on the TMDL. The hearing date will be posted on this website when it is determined.
