• Order No. R5-2006-0053 (ver. 9 June 2011), 139 KB, PDF (PDF Info), Coalition Group Conditional Waiver Of Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges From Irrigated Lands. The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board has renewed the Coalition Group Conditional Waiver until July 2013.  The waiver has been amended three times, through Resolution Nos. R5-2006-0077, R5-2008-0052, and R5-2011-0032.
