Santa Maria River Watershed TMDL - Toxicity and Pesticides

Problem Statement - Surface waters in the Santa Maria River watershed are polluted with pesticides that is toxic to aquatic life. This is in violation of the Basin Plan general narrative objectives for pesticides and toxicity. Surface waters identified as impaired are placed on the Clean Water Act section 303(d) list of impaired waters. This TMDL addresses toxicity and pesticide impairments on the 2008/2010 303(d) list along with additional toxicity and pesticide impairments.
