Consideration of a resolution approving an amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Central Valley Region to incorporate a total maximum daily load in the Sacramento River and San Joaquin River Basins to control factors contributing to dissolved oxygen impairment in the Stockton Deep Water Ship Channel

11. Consideration of a resolution approving an amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Central Valley Region to incorporate a total maximum daily load for the control of salt and boron discharges into the Lower San Joaquin River

LITIGATION
The Board will meet in closed session to discuss ongoing litigation in the cases of DeltaKeeper, et al. v. California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley, et al. (Sacramento County Superior Court, No. 04CS00235) and California Farm Bureau Federation v. California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley, et al. (Sacramento County Superior Court, No. 04CS00264). (This closed session is authorized under Government Code section 11126(e)(1).)

The Board will meet in closed session to discuss ongoing litigation in the case of Californians for Alternatives to Toxics, et al. v. State Water Resources Control Board and Department of Fish and Game (Sacramento County Superior Court, No. 05CS01160). (This closed session is authorized under Government Code section 11126(e)(1).)

 

The Board encourages submittal of written comments. Unless otherwise specified, written comments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., September 29, 2005 and will not be accepted after that time. Time limitations on presentations may be imposed.
