CLEAN WATER PROGRAMS
1.Consideration of Proposed Resolution Amending the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Cleanup Fund Priority List Amendment No. 77.(The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed resolution amending the priority list.)

2.Consideration of Adoption of the Small Communities Grant Program Project Priority List.(The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed resolution approving the Small Communities Grant Program Project Priority List.)

3. Consideration of a Resolution Adopting the Proposed Amendments to the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Regulations. (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed resolution approving the regulations.)

WATER QUALITY

Consideration of Adoption of a Resolution Approving a State Revolving Fund Loan of $2 Million to the Sierra Foothills Conservancy for the Sonny Meadows Mitigation Bank Project and to Update the Current Statewide Project Priority List to Include the Project (Loan No. C-06-6076-110).
(The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed resolution.)

WATER QUALITY PETITION
The Board will be meeting in closed session to deliberate on a decision to be reached following a formal hearing it conducted in the Matter of the Petitions of the Cities of Bellflower, et al., City of Arcadia, and Western States Petroleum Association (Review of January 26, 2000 Action of the Regional Board, and Actions and Failures to Act by Both the Regional Board and its Executive Officer Pursuant to Order No. 96-054, Permit for Municipal Storm Water and Urban Run-Off Discharges With Los Angeles County [NPDES No. CAS614001]), Los Angeles Region.SWRCB Files A-1280, A?1280(a), and A-1280(b).(This closed session is authorized by Government Code section 11126, subdivision (c)(3).)

LITIGATION
The Board will meet in closed session to discuss San Francisco BayKeeper, et al. v. State Water Resources Control Board, Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 99CS01929.(This is authorized under Government Code Section 11126(e)(2)(A).)

WATER RIGHTS
The Board will be meeting in closed session to deliberate on a proposed Water Right Order regarding Petitions to modify the Declaration of Fully Appropriated Streams for the Santa Ana River.This is authorized under Government Code section 11126(c)(3).

 

The Board will be meeting in closed session to deliberate on a decision to be reached regarding a proposed Water Right order concerning the Petition for Extension of Time on Permit 5882 (Application 10216) of City of San Luis Obispo for the Salinas Reservoir on the Salinas River.This is authorized under Government Code section 11126(c)(3).
PERSONNELThe Board will be meeting in closed session to discuss the appointment, evaluation of performance or dismissal of a public employee or to hear complaints or charges brought against that employee by another person or employee unless the employee requests a public hearing.Authorized under Government Code Section 11126(a)(1).
